Effective 30-Nov-2017, Racemi Inc. shut down its operations and transferred ownership of all Racemi DynaCenter intellectual property assets to DXC Technology Corporation (“DXC”).
DXC has not assumed ownership of any existing Racemi customer contractual obligations and has no immediate plans to offer DynaCenter as part of DXC’s Service catalog. At this time, DXC is exploring interest from potential buyers for Racemi DynaCenter intellectual property assets.
