ATLANTA, July 20, 2011 – Racemi, provider of server imaging technology to automate data center operations and facilitate migrations to cloud computing, today announced that Arun Gore has been appointed chairman of the board replacing Frank Zaubi who has retired.
Gore is the president and CEO of Gray Ghost Ventures, the main investor in Racemi.
“Arun brings strong finance and operations experience at large, growing companies, plus a background in start-ups, which will be of great value to our growing company,” said Lawrence Guillory, CEO of Racemi. “We’re seeing tremendous market demand for our DynaCenter, which moves server workloads between data centers and clouds.”
Gore has 30 years experience in mobile telecommunications, finance and operations, which includes serving as a member of the executive team at T‐Mobile USA, as the chief financial officer of Cook Inlet T‐Mobile, as well as entrepreneurial experience as an owner and manager of start‐up businesses.
A native of Chennai, India, he completed his undergraduate studies in India and holds dual degrees: bachelor’s degree in the Sciences and in Accounting. He completed post‐graduate studies in the U.S. and holds a master’s degree in Finance.
Racemi’s easy-to-integrate OEM automation technology migrates server images in the datacenter, as well as to cloud computing resources like Amazon, Rackspace and Terremark.
