Board of Directors




Lawrence Guillory
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Guillory joins Racemi with a unique entrepreneurial background in the field of Sales and Marketing. His leadership in this area spans nearly 12 years of increasingly greater responsibility in the management and development of software companies. From 1994 –2000, he worked for Brown & Williamson as a Software Development Manager and was recognized for three straight years of delivering over $5 million in software development projects, on-time and on-budget. While there, he co-founded Cpons.com which grew into one of the Internet’s largest online discount golf communities, supporting more than 750 golf courses in all 50 states and 820,000 golfers as members. In 2001, Guillory began working for CheckFree Corporation. While there, he launched two new businesses, grew sales by 530 percent in the first two years on one product line, drove the company’s flagship product from early adopters to a mainstream consumer base of over 25 million consumers, built a new emergency payments business, and turned around flat-lined business for a seven-fold growth plan.

Mr. Guillory has a Bachelor of Computer Science and MBA training form Mercer University.


Lorraine S. Bassett
Vice President OEM Sales and Business Development

Over the last 20 years, Ms. Bassett has designed, built, managed and executed global technology and business development initiatives for organizations as diverse as EMC, System Management ARTS, the Confluence Group, Concord Communications, and Compaq Computers. More recently, she has managed global system integrator and reseller partnerships including Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, Dimension Data and Siemens Business Services worldwide. Bassett’s responsibilities have included partner strategy development and execution, global revenue responsibilities for the partners, regional account mapping within in-country team management and executing lead generation programs with the partners throughout the world.

Bassett has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Hertfordshire University, Hatfield, UK, a Diploma in Management and an MBA from Henley Management College, Henley-On-Thames, UK.


Casey Koons
Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Koons joins the Racemi management team with more than 25 years experience managing the Engineering teams for leading edge software products. Most recently, Koons was the Principal Engineer at Reflex Security. Previous positions include the Director of Software Engineering for Internap and the Vice President of Engineering at Intelispan. He also spent 14 years as the Founder and President of Cooperative Networks, a company focused on Network Management Systems, Communication Systems and VPN products.

Koons holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.


Charles T. Watt
Founder, Chief Technology Officer, & Board Member

Mr. Watt has more than 25 years of experience in the implementation and management of complex software projects. Prior to founding Racemi, Mr. Watt was Chief Scientist of S1 Technologies, Chief Scientist of SecureWare, and President of IIO Systems. He has designed and implemented Internet financial applications including the world's first Internet bank (SFNB), military-grade secure operating systems, cryptographic products for email and IP networking, anti-virus products, medical imaging systems, robotic control systems, and industrial controls.

Watt is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B., and B.E) and the Thayer School of Engineering with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.


Frank Zaubi
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Zaubi has more than 30 years of experience in financial industry operations management, including senior positions with Wachovia Bank N.A., the First National Bank of Atlanta, and National City Corp. Zaubi managed eight operating centers in five states and served as project manager for Wachovia Banks enterprise expense/staffing strategies plan. Currently, he is Executive Director of Gray Matters Capital, which is focused on microfinance sector infrastructure needs and advancing the development of microfinance as a commercial investment option.

Zaubi earned his BBA in Finance from Cleveland State University, an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University. Presently a partner in Robert Pattillo Enterprises, Zaubi has also taught the principles of bank operations in Cleveland and Atlanta through the American Institute of Banking.


David Buckel
Director

David Buckel has been a Chief Financial Officer for three publicly traded Companies and a board member for two other publicly traded Companies. Mr. Buckel currently serves in a top executive role in operations and finance for Ryla Inc., a leading call center solutions provider with proven expertise in customer contact solutions and business process outsourcing. Prior to that Mr. Buckel served as VP and Chief Financial Officer of Internap, managing the Company's Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Financial Planning Analysis, Investor Relations, Corporate Development and other Operating functions. Mr. Buckel had been with Internap since July 2003 until December of 2007,and led the company through its March 2004 public offering and subsequent leverage financings.

Mr. Buckel was also Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer of Interland Corporation and AppliedTheory Corporation, both NASDAQ listed Companies where he managed numerous financial and operational groups. Mr. Buckel also managed and led an IPO for AppliedTheory in 1999.

Mr. Buckel also serves on the Board of Directors of SouthPeak Games, a NASDAQ traded Company.


Milton E. Cooper
Director

Mr. Cooper has served on numerous boards and committees throughout his career, including the Identix board since 2001. In February 2004, he was appointed Chairman. Cooper is also the immediate past Chairperson for the Secretary of the Army's National Science Center Advisory Board. In 2002, he was recognized as the "20 Year Outstanding Industry Executive" by Government Computer News (a Washington Post Company).

From 1992 until his retirement in June 2001, Cooper served as President, Federal Sector for Computer Sciences Corporation ("CSC"), one of the largest systems integrators for federal government agencies and a leading supplier of custom software for aerospace and defense applications. Under his leadership, CSC's Federal Sector grew to more than 17,000 information technology professionals and accounted for approximately 25 percent of CSC's fiscal year 2001 annual revenues of $10.5 billion. Cooper joined Systems Group, the predecessor organization to CSC's Federal Sector, in 1984, as Vice President, Program Development. Prior to joining CSC, Cooper served in various marketing and general management positions at IBM Corporation, Telex Corporation and Raytheon Company.

Cooper has served on numerous committees and organizations, including Chairman, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA); Chairman, Secretary of the Army's National Science Center Advisory Board; Member of the board of directors of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA); and National Defense Industrial Association and the USO. Cooper is a graduate of West Point.


Robert A. Pattillo
Director

In 2003, Mr. Pattillo established and funded Gray Ghost, a $50 million social investment portfolio focused in the field of microfinance and having the vision, “Capital in the Service of all People.” In this portfolio, Pattillo’s serves as a “partner” to the enterprises he invests in and those who work within them, helping to emphasize the enterprise as a living, breathing professional community. As part of his role, Pattillo invites others to coinvest in these enterprises in the hopes they find the personal fulfillment that comes with investing for both financial and social return.

Pattillo also chairs The Rockdale Foundation (RF), a charitable foundation established in 1995 with his wife, Katy. RF’s grantmaking is focused on education and microfinance, a “business-like, market-oriented, and self-sustaining” response to poverty, with a commitment to the Middle East/North Africa as a place where the needs are great and the resources are relatively thin. RF is the founding partner of the Arab microfinance network, SANABEL.

For the prior 20 years, Pattillo headed property development businesses based in Atlanta. In 1994, he founded Robert Pattillo Properties to focus on the development of distribution centers across the United States and developed 12,000,000 SF over the life of the enterprise. He sold the enterprise in 2004 to devote his time and energies fully to Gray Ghost.

Pattillo is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Owner/President Management Program, and a past participant in Leadership DeKalb, Leadership Georgia, and the Regional Leadership Institute.
