Q. What is the Racemi Authorized Partner Program?
A. The Racemi Authorized Partner Program is designed to support partners in successfully offering strategic solutions based on Racemi’s products and services. The goal of the program is to enable partners to effectively achieve higher margins and extend the partner’s presence as a leading provider of rapid server replication, deployment and provisioning solutions, including virtualized environments. As part of the program, you’ll be authorized to provide customers Racemi product sales and support, as well as deliver Racemi training services and Racemi-packaged professional services.

Q. What offerings are available in the Racemi Authorized Partner Program?
A. There are five core offerings:

• Racemi Certified Reseller – Sells, distributes and markets Racemi solutions
• Racemi Service Provider – Provides Racemi-related service to the customer
• Racemi Certified Support Provider - Provides first level support for end-users of Racemi products
• Racemi Certified Instructor - Teaches Racemi-developed technical product training
• Racemi Certified Consultant - Delivers Racemi-packaged professional services
  

Q. What are the different levels within the reseller program?
A. The reseller program consists of 3 levels - bronze, silver and gold. Partners reach a level dependent on committing to and meeting business objectives. Each level offers benefits to the partner ensuring the benefits provided are directly related to our partners’ commitment to Racemi.

Q. How do I gain points?
A. Partners can earn points through activities such as new license revenue, business plan development, net new clients, registering customer references, training class attendance etc.

Q. Do I pay a membership fee?
A. No.

Q. Who is eligible for the Racemi Partner Program?
A. All partner types, i.e. OEMs, technology partners, channel partners, global alliance partners, professional services and training services partners.

Q. Can my company profile be displayed on the Racemi website?
A. Yes. Your Racemi channel can work with you to complete and post a profile.
