The Racemi Authorized Partner Program (RAP) is designed to support partners in successfully offering strategic solutions based on Racemi’s products and services. The goal of the RAP is to enable partners to effectively achieve higher margins and extend the partner’s presence as a leading provider of data center automation solution which commoditize infrastructure, enabling applications to dynamically allocate any resource to meet business requirements. In addition to authorization of product sales and support, Racemi Partners may also become authorized to deliver Racemi Training Services and Racemi-packaged Professional Services for further revenue opportunities and increased margins.

There are two levels in the RAP:

Racemi Certified Reseller - Sell, distribute and market Racemi Solutions. There are three levels within the program:

     • Bronze

     • Silver

     • Gold

Racemi Service Provider - Provides a Racemi related service to the customer. There are three core services available to Racemi Service Providers:

     • Racemi Certified Support Provider - Provide 1st Level Support for end-users of
        Racemi products

     • Racemi Certified Instructor - Teach Racemi developed technical product training

     • Racemi Certified Consultant - Deliver Racemi packaged Professional Services
