1. What is the Racemi Authorized Partner Program?

The Racemi Authorized Partner Program (RAP) is designed to support partners in successfully offering strategic solutions based on Racemi’s products and services. The goal of the RAP is to enable partners to effectively achieve higher margins and extend the partner’s presence as a leading provider of rapid server replication, deployment and provisioning solutions, including virtualized environments. In addition to authorization of product sales and support, Racemi Partners may also become authorized to deliver Racemi Training Services and Racemi-packaged Professional Services for further revenue opportunities and increased margins.

2. What offerings are available in the Racemi Authorized Partner Program?

There are two core offerings reseller and service provider:

     • Racemi Certified Reseller Sell, distribute and market Racemi Solutions.

     • Racemi Service Provider Provides Racemi related service to the customer:

     • Racemi Certified Support Provider - Provide 1st Level Support for end-users of
       Racemi products

     • Racemi Certified Instructor - Teach Racemi developed technical product training

     • Racemi Certified Consultant - Deliver Racemi packaged Professional Services

3. What are the different levels within the reseller program?

The reseller program consists of 3 levels - bronze, silver and gold. Partners reach a level dependent on committing to and meeting business objectives. Each level offers benefits to the partner ensuring that benefits provided are directly related to our partners commitment to Racemi.

4. How do I gain points?

5. Do I pay a membership fee?

No.

6. Who is eligible for the Racemi Partner Program?

All partner types i.e. Technology partner, Channel Partner, Global Alliance Partner, OEM, Professional Services and Training Services Partners.
